Linda White

Yoga has been a huge part of Linda’s life for over 10 years.  It has helped her gain strength, flexibility, clarity and energy. 

Linda used yoga as stress reduction at first and fell in love with how it made her feel. You may find her classes challenging, playful and inspirational all at once. She is 200 hour certified and working towards her 500 hour certification. 

linda is also a Certified Health Coach and Essential Oil Wellness advocate. She finds that all three create a very-well rounded life.
