Iris started her yoga journey in 2004 with Kundalini yoga at Prana Mandir and in 2012 completed her creative vinyasa flow training with Laughing Lotus NYC. Through her yoga trainings, Iris ventured into the realm of Ayurveda, studying with Yoga Healer. Ayurveda is a lifestyle that she believes is accessible for all. Along with Ayurveda, Iris finds that the yoga practice helps lead to physical balance, inner peace, and spiritual harmony. Happiness, mindfulness, creativity and compassion are the keys to a great life and you will always find them in her classes.
Iris is also an artist, Reiki master and a mama of two. She has profound gratitude for all the love and light that has been shared, each and everyday, with her throughout her life.
