Alysha has been sharing her love of yoga through her teaching since 2004. Her classes are meant to remind everyone of the importance and power of self-care and self-love.

At the start and end of many classes Alysha plays her harmonium and encourages everyone to find their voices and sing!
Most of her classes focus on or include Restorative yoga and will often feature aromatherapy, the healing sounds of the quartz crystal bowls, or the vibrations of the gongs.

She completed her first 200 Hour Teacher Training Program at The White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara CA. She returned to White Lotus the following year and completed the Advanced Teacher Training Program with Ganga White and Tracey Rich.
Alysha also completed a 200 Hour  Teacher Training Program with Naime Jezzeny and Sue Elkind (DIG Yoga) and several Restorative Yoga trainings with Judith Lasater and Jillian Pransky.

Some of her favorite teachers to study with include Seane Corn, Elena Brower, Jason Crandell, and Stephanie Snyder.

In her free time Alysha enjoys hiking with her dog Sage, playing her crystal bowl and learning all about crystals, creating things with essential oils, cooking new recipes, listening to live music, and spending time with her family and friends.
